Delivery Policy


We aim to deliver all of our products in a timely fashion as requested.

We look to fulfill your order in the time frame allocated to you, whether this is Royal mail 1st or 2nd class. The time frames are shown when selecting your delivery option. 

If no one is available at the time of delivery, up to 3 attempts may be made by the courier. However, this is up to Royal Mail, who'll typically provide a collection card. Larger orders will contain tracking information.

It is your responsibility to confirm the delivery time and location. An additional fee* will be applied for redelivery if an incorrect delivery address is provided.

We are not liable for any taxes for fees for products being delivered in a country where they are applicable. Please check your countries customs laws for more information.

Before placing your order internationally, please ensure that you are allowed to import the item. We are not liable for any damages or fees.

*Fee will be another postage charge equal to the selected option at time of purchasing.
