Returns Policy

 

We offer a 14 day return policy if you feel that you are not satisfied with your product.

If you wish to return an item within our 14 day return period and you would like our return address, please contact us at enquiries@thegirlhouse.co.uk along with your order number.

Please note girlies that extra care must be taken when trying on The Girl House clothing.

The items returned must have the original tags and packaging.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products that have been worn, damaged or marked
  • Items on sale
  • Bodysuits, lingerie and swimwear for hygienic reasons
  • Items returned out of the 14-day period.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange of goods if the product is not returned to an acceptable standard.

Should an item be returned that we cannot accept, the item can be returned to the customer. However, please note that you will have to cover postage.

 

Refund of shipping costs

Upon confirmation of return, a full refund will be made. This will not include shipping costs.

We are currently working towards acquiring a free returns system, however at this current time that is unavailable.

You must acquire and provide us with proof of postage if you are returning. If the product does not arrive and you can not present proof, unfortunately, we cannot issue the refund.

Please ensure that your product will arrive within the 14 day return period.

If the item is received out of the 14-day period, a refund can be refused.

Faulty items

On the small chance you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at enquiries@thegirlhouse.co.uk with any images you have of the faulty product. 

All return items are fully inspected upon postage of product and receipt of arrival. Any item displaying damage or deemed to be a result of misuse caused by the customer will be not be accepted as faulty.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item please don't hesitate to contact us enquiries@thegirlhouse.co.uk. Delivery charges will be applicable.

Outside of the UK

If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier”.
